CESPLS annual accounts for 2011-12 as laid before the Scottish Parliament on 9 October 2012. These are the first accounts for the Commission for Ethical Standards, established on 1 April 2011 by merging the offices of the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner, the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland and the Chief Investigating Officer.
