Applicant Research 2023

This interim report provides a summary of applicant views collected during a five month period during 2023.  

Given the small sample size in this interim report we have not provided any recommendations.  We have heard from Scottish Government officials that they have found the report helpful for considering actions to take to try and address concerns going forward.  We hope to see the results of these actions when we publish the full year report.
