In some circumstances, it can currently take up to 4.5 months to conduct an initial assessment for some complaints, particularly if they are complex. We are doing everything we can to reduce this time. You can find average timescales for each stage of complaint handling across all types of complaints here.

Each year the Shap Calendar Group publishes the dates of the world’s religious festivals. We publish these to assist people making public appointments – to help them choose the best dates to run any appointment round and to consider whether they may need to make any special adjustments. This calendar gives the dates of religious festivals between January and July 2024.
