Statutory Guidance on Application of the 2022 Code of Practice - December 2023 Update

This Guidance is effective from the 3rd October 2022 to accompany the 2022 Code of Practice for Ministerial appointments to Public Bodies in Scotland. The December 2023 update has incorporated recommendations from Examination into the methods and practices used by the Scottish Ministers in making appointments to the Scottish Local Authority Remuneration Committee.
