This documents sets out the Commissioner's reasons for seeking views on prospective revisions to the Code of Practice for Ministerial Appointments to Public Bodies in Scotland. It includes a range of questions for consultees to consider. Those wishing to offer views are invited to complete and return our consultation questionnaire by 9 November 2020.
