Core Skills Framework for Scottish Ministers and selection panels (Sept 2022)

The initial core skills framework for chair and member appointments was designed in partnership with the Scottish Government in 2016.  This version was updated by the Scottish Government in September 2022 and is aimed at use by Scottish Ministers and selection panels.  There is also a complementary version written to explain use of the framework to applicants.
