Core skills framework for chair and member appointments (April 2016) SUPERCEDED

The core skills framework for chair and member appointments, was designed in partnership with the Scottish Government in April 2016.  It has since been updated by the Scottish Government with an up to date version written in September 2022, and a complementary version written to explain use of the framework to applicants in November 2020.
